D212 S17
D212 Durian S17, or Super 17 is a new durian species that successfully registered on 28 January 2021. It is a well-known variety in South of Malaysia, particularly in Batu Pahat, Johor. This variety is known as "Chiat Chi" because it has a coffee – like aroma and taste. The flesh of the Durian S17 is bright yellow, slightly moisture, and bitter in flavour.
D213 Tungku 3
D213 Tungku 3, a durian from Segamat, Johor, was successfully registered as a new durian species on 28 January 2021. The fruit shape of D213 is round and the thorn is bright green. While the durian flesh of D213 is thick, pale yellow, sweet, and slightly bitter in taste, fine and soft in texture. The end thorns of D213 durian are thin and centered, while the base of the durian is connected by thick thorns. The seeds are medium in size and oval in shape.
D214 Tupai 226
D214 Tupai 226 is a new durian species from Penang that registered on 28 January 2021. D214 Tupai 226 has a brownish green skin and is shaped like an ovate (oval like an egg) with a rounded base and a sharp tip. It weighs an average of 2.1 kg per fruit, with an average of 9 seeds per fruit. In addition, the flesh of D214 Tupai 226 is yellowish orange, with a moderate level of scent, and bitter and creamy texture.
D215 WM
D215 WM is a durian variety that come from Negeri Sembilan and successfully registered as new durian species on 28 January 2021. The overall fruit shape of D215 WM is oval, the colour is dark green, and the net weight is 1.6 kg. D215 WM also has a very obvious five-pointed star at the bottom of the durian fruit and the thorns at the bottom are relatively small and short. The flesh of the durian is bright yellow, with a little odour, a creamy texture, and a somewhat bitter flavour.
