Our fresh durians are harvested a minimum of 3 times daily to ensure freshness. Our priority is to deliver the highest quality actual day durians to our customers.

NITROGEN FROZEN DURIAN PASTE

The cleaned durian will be opened, and the pulp will be removed to process durian paste

The pulp and seed will be separated by using deseeding machine

The durian paste is placed on LED light table to remove impurities to ensure standard quality

The sifted paste will be vacuum packed by weight and freeze in –35°C
05
The vacuum-packed paste will be stored in cold storage below –18°C to ensure quality assurance
