How Do We Export Durians?

To export durians, we need to go through a lot of process. Such as getting a lot of examinations and verifications by government, certifications and preparations. We have to ensure that our durians are safe to export to every other countries and according to their laws. For example, we usually label every box of our durian with proper and clear label. Sometimes we even add QR codes or barcodes to our durians to ensure that they are trackable by us or the custom.

After packaging the durians according to customer’s order, we will contact and prepare logistics to transport them to the port. Final disinfection and sanitization was done by spraying sanitizing fluid inside the cargo container and also the outer box of our durians. We will then load the cargo carefully into refrigerated cargo truck and the durians will then be transported to the port’s storage and wait for custom clearance and delivery. This would usually take up to 2 weeks to deliver the durians to our customers.
